Its a first year that we work with Bambito, we are happy to share this exceptional coffee.
Bambito is family owned farm in 4 generations, focused on clarity, stability and exceptional coffee. This year they placed 6 place at Best of Panama for washed geisha.
This lot number 5 of geisha went through a step of 36 hours fermentation then washed and finished with drying on raised African beds.
Overall is create a complex floral cup with hints of tropical notes and stone fruits.
